Kim Roden is the lead receptionist at Hershey Veterinary Hospital, where she has been welcoming clients and supporting patients since 2010. Kim brings both experience and compassion to her role, ensuring that every client and pet feels cared for from the moment they arrive.

Known for her warm personality and strong organizational skills, Kim is often the first point of contact for families and plays an essential role in keeping the hospital running smoothly. She values building lasting relationships with clients and their pets—many of whom she has watched grow from first visits to lifelong patients.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and sharing life with her own animals. Her dedication to animals and the people who love them shines through in everything she does at Hershey Veterinary Hospital.
